A Little Bit About Me
Iyyāka Na'budu Wa Iyyāka Nasta'īn

I would describe myself as a caring, thoughtful, and dependable person. I value family, loyalty, and tradition, and I do my best to maintain strong bonds with the people close to me. I naturally enjoy looking after others, creating harmony, and making sure those around me feel included and supported. People often describe me as warm, organised, and someone they can count on in both good and difficult times.

I am a dead-honest person and always speak the truth, even when it’s not easy. At the same time, I’m easy-going, approachable, and enjoy a good laugh. I’m also a perfectionist who appreciates fine and elegant things in life. I’m very active, though a little slow to get started in the mornings, and I like to stay engaged and productive. Even though I’m almost 50, people often say I look nearly 10 years younger than my age, Alhamdulillah.

Faith is central to who I am. I’m an open-minded and progressive Muslim, not a traditional MOLVI type, but Islam is in my blood. I appreciate the good things about Western countries, while still holding firmly to my religious values. In my relationship I naturally take the lead, but always with kindness and respect. I also value education and would like a partner who comes from a good educational and family background.

I am working as a PCO driver for now, but this is not my career. My educational background is in IT and Management, and I worked as an IT Manager/Assistant Manager in the NHS with 15 years of experience. My highest qualification is from Queen Mary College, University of London. I also studied in Lahore, Pakistan, at a very prestigious institution. Looking ahead, my future plans include starting a business of my own, Insha’Allah.

I am humble and down-to-earth by nature. I have three children who live with their mother, and I maintain a loving bond with them. People also tell me I’m a good cook, something I take pride in.

At the same time, I believe it’s important to share not only strengths but also areas I continue to work on. I can be sensitive at times, especially if I feel unappreciated or misunderstood, and I sometimes find it difficult to say “no” because I don’t want to disappoint people. I value peace and harmony, which means I prefer to avoid unnecessary conflict, though I am learning to express myself more directly when needed.

In a relationship, I bring loyalty, sincerity, and a willingness to support and stand by my partner. I appreciate kindness, honesty, and good manners, and I believe that a good marriage is built on trust, communication, and understanding. My partner must value family and traditional roles/values. If someone strongly identifies with feminist views or has a very different outlook on these matters, then we are unlikely to be compatible.

In terms of politics, I support Jeremy Corbyn in the UK and Imran Khan in Pakistan, so I would value a partner who is either supportive of or at least comfortable with these views.

I am not here for endless texting. I prefer to have a phone conversation followed by an early meet-up over tea or coffee to assess initial compatibility. I have no issue with caste or MASLAK.

To all the sisters sincerely looking for a husband, I wish you the very best in your search. May Allah guide us all to find the right spouse who brings harmony, peace, and tranquillity into our lives. May Allah bless us with marriages built on love, mercy, and understanding, and protect us from those that are not meant for us. Ameen.

Dua:
(Surah Al-Furqan 25:74)

English translation:
“Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.”

P.S. My personality is ESFJ.

What I Am Looking For
A lifelong partner. A lasting relationship. Together forever.

I’m looking for a sincere, humble, and grounded woman who follows Islam in its real essence. Someone who will remind me to wake up for Fajr and walk beside me in both faith and life. I value honesty, loyalty, and transparency above everything. I want a partner who communicates openly, shows respect, and values peace over arguments. Someone easygoing, straightforward, and free from unnecessary attitude or drama. Good manners mean a lot to me, and if she enjoys cooking, that’s a beautiful bonus.

I admire women who are faithful and trustworthy, who bring calmness, stability, and warmth into a home. To me, real beauty lies in good character, kindness, and the ability to build a loving “you and me, always” bond, not in looks alone.

I would prefer someone of Pakistani origin who is settled in the UK, as a shared cultural background makes life easier. My first language is Urdu, and I’m verbally very expressive, so it’s important to me that she speaks Urdu or Punjabi as her first language (not English). Ideally, I’m looking for someone in the age range of 45 to 53; however, I’m open to someone slightly younger or older if there is a genuine connection and strong compatibility. Since I’m 5 feet tall, I’d feel more comfortable with someone around my height or shorter. I’m also looking for someone from Punjab or the northern areas. I’m not looking to match with someone from Karachi, as cultural alignment is important to me. These points matter to me for long-term compatibility and a natural connection.

I want a partner I can trust to exercise sound judgement and uphold appropriate boundaries without me having to oversee or correct her. I need someone who naturally understands appropriate boundaries in how she speaks, behaves, and carries herself. She should have the awareness and wisdom to make good choices on her own, including having the instinct to maintain respectful distance with Na-Mahrams and avoid unnecessary interactions, out of her own sense of dignity and commitment to her marriage. This should come naturally to her, not because she is instructed.

May Allah guide us all to what is best for our lives and our deen.
