Hey/Salaam,

I love life and everything that comes with it, the good, the not-so-good, and the beautiful. I love the simple things and the finer things in equal measure.

I love travelling; I’d like to think I’m pretty well-travelled, but have so many locations yet to tick off my bucket list. Health and nutrition and keeping my mind, body, and soul healthy are integral parts of my life. I started my own business in health and nutrition this year, my goal is to become a household name and to help as many people as possible to live their best life, through health, nutrition, wellness and mindfulness Insha'Allah. I love cooking, baking, and trying new recipes, especially on a Sunday morning after yoga.

I believe I hold a deep connection with our creator Allah SWT and I am thankful for everything in life, Alhamdulillah. I believe self-growth and self-development never stop and are a key part of my life. Aswell as a practicing Muslim, I am also quite spiritual and a deep thinker about life, the meaning, people, and our real reason for existence etc.
