A Little Bit About Me

I am an open book, what you see is what you get. Happy, funny, cheeky kind of lady. A moderate muslim, I have a good heart and always willing to help others. I am very engaging, kind and fun to be around. I like to stay fit, go to the gym regularly (not always willingly) and have a work hard/play hard mentality.

I am a British Muslim of Pakistani heritage, been in Australia over 5 years. I have 2 kids, a 20 year old girl who has now moved out and a 15 year old son who lives at home with me. I also have a great job alhumdolillah which provides me with security and independence. And I am also very blessed to have a wonderful family, still in the UK, who are always there for me.

I love all types of music, movies, bowling and theme parks. Binge watching tv balanced out with days at the beach and mountains. And of course I love shopping, what women doesn’t?

I am an accomplished cook, like to have a clean and organised home and life generally. Slobs need not apply.

Looking for a friend who I can marry – that would be perfect! I’m very young at heart and looking for a man who is intelligent, happy in his own skin, humorous, has purpose and a wise head on his shoulders.

Someone who does not judge others and is approachable with a good balance of East and West. Likes to travel but equally happy at home. A successful, confident, ambitious man who wants the same for his partner so we can accomplish goals together. Well groomed, sociable, passionate and an appreciation of our faith. I want forest walks and moonlight talks. Romance and realism. Not my opposite but much like me so we can work on our similarities not our differences.

Seems like a tall order but I am ever hopeful that he exists and together we will become the very best of ourselves. We will grow old gracefully (or disgracefully) and I don’t want to change someone, I want to love them with all their flaws just as they love mine. So I guess I am looking for my perfectly imperfect better half.
