A little about me
My name is Clive, I was born and raised in the uk, and my parents are Jamaican, I’m a revert to our beautiful deen 32 years now Alhamdulillah the best thing I have done in my life to date, my deen is the foundation of my life, my daily life revolves around my Salaat, and like every single living person on the planet, my imaan goes up and it goes down, I pray all five daily prayers every single day Alhamdulillah, I fast obligatorily and also voluntary, Mondays & Thursdays & more, the above don’t make me perfect, there is room for improvement, I have a very chilled & calm nature, I’m very easy going, easy to talk to a good listener, in short a rough diamond :), the saying is “diamonds are a girl’s best friend” lol
If I had to describe what kind of Muslim I am, one word would best describe this “Salafi” please my beautiful sisters don’t be running for the hills :) because of the word Salafi, all Salafi means is I am on the Qur’an and the Sunnah of our beautiful Prophet PBUH, also the three golden generation after him and their understanding of the teachings of the Prophet PBUH that’s it, I don’t celebrate his birthdate or anything like that. I try to imitate the Prophet PBUH for he to us is the best example. I have utter complete trust in our beautiful creator and I put all of my life and affairs in his hand. I love to laugh and joke about, and I don’t take myself too seriously, I love to travel abroad and also like the city breaks, I love to eat out, do and try different things. I am looking for half my deen also a very special sister, friend, soul mate, partner in crime, companion, I would like her to be practicing her faith, doing her 5 daily prayers, without me having to tell you "its time to pray, your Islam should be based on Qur'an and Sunnah also by what our beautiful prophet PBUH said and done, bonus if you can speak Arabic and know Qur'an, would like her personality to be bubbly, cheeky :) and like to joke and have a laugh, plenty of banter :) I don't have to worry about her being to quite, as a woman can talk for England:) please don't be offended at that ladies,( just kidding):) Although I am not looking for a mother for my daughter, would like my wife to be a example for her.
