I have two brothers and a sister. Sister's married with two boisterous but smart little ones and really happy and my older brother was married two years ago, which has meant I can finally look to settle.
At the moment I'm a Senior Policy Adviser at the Home Office and am lucky enough to really enjoy the job. During the weekends I work as a Section Manager for John Lewis Oxford Street.... yes the discount does apply to shoes and handbags. And the answer to the next question in your mind is 25%.
I'm fortunate enough to enjoy both of my jobs but I suspect one will have to give way along with a couple of my hobbies once I'm married with kids; I know I won't get away with not doing any of the nappy changing. Though I saw my sister do it many a time, looks straightforward enough.......
Someone sincere and easygoing with a real sense of humour- I think those are the main things.
I don't really care about race, ethnicity, class, occupation, educational background, height, weight or salary. Those that have laid down criteria have probably inadvertently ruled out their ideal partner. Whilst I think there needs to be some mutual attraction, it's not the be all and end all for me.
The only thing I'm not prepared to do is move too far from my friends and family in London though I do not want or expect to live with either set of parents in future. The London thing is a big issue for me though.
Also, I'm unlikely to reply to anyone that hasn't put up a pic and meaningful profile or messages just saying 'hi' or asking me how I am or how my search is going: the fact that I'm on this site should tell you the search is still in progress!
I'm registering to find myself a partner
