A Little Bit About Me
This is probably one of the most difficult and unnatural things a person can do; summarising everything about themselves into a matter of words!

I’m now 25 years old/ *young* (depending on whether you see the glass as half full or empty)! In an ideal world I would have been married with kids at this age, but kheir, Allah is indeed the best of all those who plan and he hasn’t decreed this for me as of yet.

About me:

I’m currently engaged in entrepreneurial pursuits; running my own small business. Although this comes with a high level of responsibility, I thoroughly enjoy being my own boss and being in an environment where my religion is protected. In terms of hobbies and recreation, I usually spend my time having dinner with friends, watching sports, going on (fun!) holidays and attending a variety of Islamic courses.

My religion is the most important aspect of my life. Having been guided to practise Islam properly at the age of 22, I am determined to preserve this blessing from Allah until the day I meet Him. As the Prophetic traditions remind us; “you are upon the religion of your friends”. I firmly believe that a wife is the best friend a man can have. As such, I want a wife who desires piety and the pleasure of her Lord. I want to marry someone who desires jannah so that Allah can reunite us there.

I don’t expect perfection in my spouse because I am very aware of own many short comings.However, I am interested in someone of a similar mindset so that our union will be harmonious and full of understanding.
