I am on here to find a nice girl, one who likes to be treated with respect and loved. I don't want to rush into marriage and then regret it, so the person will have to be patient and understanding. An educated woman would be a bonus, although it is not a requirement. You need to be able to hold your views and also defend them rationally without submitting, that just shows weakness. However, that does not mean you contradict feminist ideology with Islamic teaching, which needs to be separated. If the woman want to work than so be it, I personally will not stand in your way. You also need to be a person who follows Islam because you want to, and not because you were brought up with it.
