  1. I've been told Single Muslim is completely free for females. Is this true?
    Yes, Single Muslim is totally free for all Muslim sisters. We understand the sensitivities around single Muslim females who are seeking a suitable partner for marriage. For this reason we're happy to offer free Gold Membership to all female registrants.

    This entitles females full access to all the services offered by SingleMuslim.com absolutely free of charge.

  2. How much is a Gold Membership package?
    Female site members receive Gold Membership on SingleMuslim.com absolutely free! We do ask our male site members to pay for Gold Membership to support the operating costs and further development of the site.

    All our Gold Membership packages are reoccurring subscriptions, the packages available are:

     - 1 Month Reoccurring = £29.00 then £29.00/month thereafter.

     - 3 Month + Reoccurring = £57.00 then £19.00/month thereafter.

     - 12 Month + Reoccurring = £108.00 then £9.00/month thereafter.

    You can pay for your membership in UK Pounds or the following currencies; Euros, Pakistan Rupees and US Dollars. You can cancel your Gold Membership at any time, by giving us 28 days notice.

  3. What is Gold Membership, and what are the benefits?
    In order to use the full features on our website, such as the messaging facilities, you must upgrade your account to our Gold Membership. Initial registration is free which allows you to browse a large number of profiles and see if there's anyone you would like to communicate further with, before making the decision to upgrade your account.
    There are many benefits to upgrading your account to Gold Membership:

  4. Why do you charge for your Gold Membership?
    We invest heavily in servers, hardware, software development and advertising of the service, and also staff to ensure the service is kept safe and real. We would love to provide a completely free service to our Muslim brothers and sisters, however we have a lot of expenses and overheads. Our aim is to provide a high-quality service but regrettably we are only able to do this by charging a nominal fee for our service. We hope you understand why we have to charge these membership fees and may consider supporting our service in the future.

  5. Where is your membership package at £9.00/month, the cheapest I see is £29.00?
    To benefit from the great rate of £9.00 per month, there is an initial payment of £108.00 which is for a year's membership. This works out at just £9.00 per month! For your convenience, after the first 12 months, your membership will continue at the great monthly rate of just £9.00. This will be debited on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time (by giving 28 days notice).

  6. I'd like to upgrade my account. What are my payment options?
    You can make your payment by the following methods:
    • Credit Card (using our secure online payments)
    • Credit Card over the phone by calling 0844 800 9255 (local rate)
    • BACS Bank Transfer
    • Cheque or Postal Order
    • Cash credit at any Royal Bank of Scotland Bank
