I am a recent revert who took my shahada during ramadam 2009. I have done much research and study of many topics and religions to understand the purpose of life and the direction to persue and commit too. I was always drawn back to Islam. I now know it is the truth, insh'allah and now I have taken my shahada it is the best thing I have ever done, insh'allah. My mother is irish and my father from barbados. I have always had a strong will to help others and give advice and knowledge to those who seek it. I have a kind heart and a lot of love to give. I love to learn and I am totally inlove with my religion and have the intention to grow with someone and walk that path of righeousness and bring up good children. I am open minded and love conversation. I love my hijabs and often ware abayahs. I want to be a good wife, mother, sister, friend and to please Allah with good deeds.
A good practising muslim man. Preferably a revert but that is not important. It is important however that he has good intention to be ever developing and improving in his imam, deen and that he is good too people and his family. I respect a man who is trying to do the right thing, has ambition and is not easily blinded or seduced by the Dunya. I wont say to much here because good people come in all varieties. |
