I am a self employed student majoring in Criminal Justice. I wear niqab. I like to read, currently trying to improve my prayer. I enjoy going to the park, exercise by walking in my neighborhood, and healthy eating. I live a simple life and I am very frugal. I see a lot of brothers like to travel. I don't like to travel. I love being at home spending time with my family. Playing board or card games, listening to Islamic lectures/videos or watching movies. I travel to visit my family. I love going to the masjid for lectures, juma and other events. My goal for this month is to increase the kushoo in my prayer and memorize some verses of the Holy Quran.
I love going to the library. My favorite animals are probably fish and birds and yet I find it cruel to put these animals in cages and jars so that we can gawk at them. I also enjoy going to the health food store. If I can I will purchase something of quality that we need at a Thriftstore such as Goodwill before buying it new. Some things you should always buy new (a mattress) Some things it is a waste of money to buy new. I am trying to save my money so I won't have to ask anyone in times of need or emergency and so that I can help family members and the needy brothers and sisters in my community and abroad. I would like to be even more frugal an d live an even simpler and quiet life. I don'believe in being extreme in this. For instance: I do own a mop, however I sometimes I use a old rag and my foot or get on my hands and knees and clean my small kitchen floor and bathroom. I own a car. I don't recycle, but I would like to. I don't use credit cards but I do have debit cards. I watch t.v. sometimes, especially with my kids. I occassionally buy a donut or a cookie but I restrain myself on getting big containers or packages. I am very friendly and like my neighbors (Muslim and Non-Muslim alike) and yet I don't have non-Muslim friends. I don't date, talk with men on the phone (except for business) or flirt. I am constantly striving to improve myself and rid myself of pesky bad habits and behaviors. I would like to be forever in college taking classes until I am 100 if Allah (swt) blesses me to live that long.
A tall White American brother who follows the sunnah. Health conscious and athletic. A brother who is sincere in his heart and the very fiber of his being to please, obey, fear, worship and hold Allah (swt) in awe and love. A brother who's role model is Prophet Muhammad (peace, blessings and mercy be upon him). A brother healthy mentally, emotionally, financially, physically and spiritually. Someone intuned to me, a brother who "gets" me. Someone on the same page as me. A brother who enjoys knowledge, attaining it and using it. I brother who is devout and pious. A brother who purifies his wealth whether it be $20,000 a year or $200,000 a year. A chaste brother who believes in the importance of putting wholesome things into his body whether it be food or what he watches on t.v.
I need an affectionate brother who will enjoy his wife in an intimate manner. A good sense of humor, balanced and realistic yet uncompromising and strong when it comes to the practise of our deen. |
