what's this?

I'm a pretty easy going, yet wildly passionate guy :) oh, and I'm pretty emotional too, haha :) I am graduating this year insha'Allah with degrees in Sociology, French and a minor in Peace & Justice Studies. I'm a middle school social studies teacher at a private Islamic school and I absolutely LOVE my job :) Currently, I am on course to memorizing the Qur'an by April 2010 inshaAllah :) I embraced Islam at a young age and I love it. I'm very passionate about Islam and very much involved in my community. My plans for the distant future are a bit unclear at this point as I have a great desire to become more fluent in Arabic and study Islam at a much deeper level. At this point though, I'm rather content with life as a student and a teacher and I'm thankful to Allah for everything that I have and all the opportunities and experiences brought my way :)
-I love to play Football (soccer)!
-Reading, mainly Islamic literature and Science Fiction/Fantasy (some of my favorite authors are David Gemmell, Terry Brooks, Anne McCaffrey...)
-Hanging out with friends; watching matches...I
m a huge AC Milan, Barcelona and Arsenal fan so I try not to miss any of there matches :)
-playing my guitar, or at least attempting to haha
-I believe that everything that happens, every experience and person that we meet is ultimately good :) I try to learn from all of my mistakes and I am not ashamed to make mistakes :)
